PRO TIP

Sizes can differ across various compression garment brands. To ensure the best fit, it's important to take accurate measurements and confirm your size when switching to a new brand.

Dames Measuring Guide

For the most accurate fit, it's best if a therapist, professional fitter, or a friend helps you take measurements.

Size Chart

Keep your arm relaxed and slightly bent at the elbow; it shouldn't be fully straightened or overly bent. When measuring, wrap the tape around your arm just tight enough to maintain gentle tension. Measurements should be taken in centimeters for greater accuracy.

  • Index Finger: Let your fingers rest naturally and measure the circumference around your index finger's knuckle.
  • Palm: Across the top of your palm, measure just below your knuckles.
  • Wrist: Position the tape measure over the small bone on the outside of your wrist.
  • Forearm: Find the fullest part of your forearm to measure around.
  • Bicep: Measure the most substantial part between your elbow and armpit. If there is any loose skin, lightly gather it. The tape should be snug to ensure it encircles the skin evenly.
  • Length: Measure the length of your arm from about 2 finger widths below your armpit to where your wrist blends into your hand.
