Dames Measuring Guide
Keep your arm relaxed and slightly bent at the elbow; it shouldn't be fully straightened or overly bent. When measuring, wrap the tape around your arm just tight enough to maintain gentle tension. Measurements should be taken in centimeters for greater accuracy.
- Index Finger: Let your fingers rest naturally and measure the circumference around your index finger's knuckle.
- Palm: Across the top of your palm, measure just below your knuckles.
- Wrist: Position the tape measure over the small bone on the outside of your wrist.
- Forearm: Find the fullest part of your forearm to measure around.
- Bicep: Measure the most substantial part between your elbow and armpit. If there is any loose skin, lightly gather it. The tape should be snug to ensure it encircles the skin evenly.
- Length: Measure the length of your arm from about 2 finger widths below your armpit to where your wrist blends into your hand.
